Order Processing

During busy periods, product launches, promotional events or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).
Delivery Partners
To provide the most efficient delivery service, VuxLore® may dispatch orders directly or through trusted third-party fulfilment partners.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery

- Be delivered via pallet, freight or specialist courier services where appropriate.

Delivery to Remote Locations
Deliveries to remote or offshore locations may take longer than our standard estimated delivery times.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the parcel (where a signature is required), or the parcel cannot be safely delivered, the courier may:

- Deliver to a local collection point.
- Return the parcel to us.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
