30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used on a person or animal cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as we will provide instructions for your return.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A full or partial refund
- Another suitable resolution
To help us process your claim quickly, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product and its packaging.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, the quickest option is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the item you require.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Products that have been used on a person or animal.
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence or accidental damage.
- Gift cards (if offered in the future).
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
